If you would like to contact me about a commission, please read the information below. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the points.

How to take a slot?✧ You can contact me through any social media platform that is convenient for you or by email.✧ I will need all available references for your character. Feel free to share any additional information about them. The more references, images, descriptions, or even music tracks you provide, the more dynamic and immersive the final illustration will be. If you have any wishes or ideas, I am always happy to hear them.

Payment✧ PayPal 100% prepayment
✧ USDT (TRC20)

Workflow and communication✧ After payment, I start working on the initial sketch for your commission. You will receive it within 1 to 2 days after payment.✧ At the first stage, I provide two sketch options for one character. I believe that having options is important for both of us. You know your character best, and I may have several artistic visions. This allows you to choose the option that fits your character the most.✧ I am always in touch, so feel free to ask questions or request work-in-progress screenshots at any time. My goal is to make the process open, transparent, and enjoyable for you. A commission is a new artwork for your collection, and it is always an honor for me to be part of it.✧ The second sketch stage is also sent within 1 to 2 days. I will always inform you about the timing in advance. At this stage, I will ask for your feedback on the color palette and key accents.✧ Depending on the complexity of the commission and my workload, the detailed rendering stage may take 2, 3, 4, or more days.✧ Deadline: 7 days, but each commission is individual.

Refund policy✧ Refunds are only possible if I miss the agreed deadline.✧ If you are not satisfied with the result, we can adjust and improve the artwork at any stage of the process.

What I draw and do not draw✧ I draw original characters of any race, species, gender, and level of detail. I genuinely love drawing, and I am open to a wide range of ideas. You will get the best results if your concept is cyberpunk, dark fantasy, or DnD-related.✧ I do not draw NFT, extreme violence, gore, or NSFW content.

Special commissions✧ If you are interested in a series of illustrations or long-term project work, feel free to contact me in any convenient way. Email or Discord works best.✧ I am open to all proposals. For large batches of commissions asked at once, I offer a personalized discount. Deadlines and schedules can also be discussed individually.

Usage rights✧ Commissions are for personal use only.✧ I retain full rights to all of my artwork. I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for my portfolio, social media, and self-promotion.✧ You are very welcome to share your commission online. Please always credit me as Vuxara.✧ Any other usage options or long-term projects are open for individual discussion.
